How does the 14 day Free trial work?
When you sign up, you'll be automatically enrolled in our 14-day trial plan. This trial will allow you to use all features of Myskysuite. We will email you when your trial expires. You can then select a plan and pay to continue using the product. If you choose not to continue, your account will be suspended.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Myskysuite is a pay-as-you-go service with no contracts. We believe in our product and our customer service to retain you for long term.
Can I change subscription at any time?
Yes, you can. Myskysuite is a pay-as-you-go service so you can cancel at any time. We do not have cancellation fees. But if you cancel your account, no refund will be issued and you will not be charged or billed thereafter. Your account will remain active till the end of the subscription period that has already been paid.
